What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Levi’s® online purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we are here to help!

Additional return policy details:

  1. You can, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Levi’s® Singapore Official Online Store (www.levi.com.sg), submit product(s) for return, subject to the terms of our Returns Policy set out below.
  2. Any product(s) for which the return application is not submitted within the above timeline are not eligible for return.
  3. Product(s) excluded from returns are: underwear, socks, marked as final clearance (70% off) and non-returnable, altered/customized products, and limited edition collection(s). If we receive a return of product(s) that are not eligible for returns, the product(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund.
  4. Product(s) submitted for return must be in new and original condition, unwashed and unused, in original product packaging and with original price tags and labels attached.
  5. Return applications for the product(s) purchased at the Levi’s® Singapore Official Online Store must be addressed to us online in the prescribed format. To do so, please login to Levi’s® Singapore Official Online Store (www.levi.com.sg/account#OnlineOrders) to submit a return application. For Guest users, kindly contact our Customer Care Center if you wish to submit product(s) for return.
  6. If the product(s) have been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
  7. If a Gift with Purchase (GWP) is included in your order and the returned product(s) contribute to your eligibility for the GWP, the GWP must be returned together for us to process the return.
  8. Any Levi’s® Red Tab™ Reward Points used on returned orders will be re-credited to your account within 14 business days of return approval.
  9. Any Levi’s® Red Tab™ voucher used on returned orders are non-reinstatable and will not be reissued.
  10. The original order's delivery charge, if any, is non-refundable.
  11. Levi’s® Singapore reserves the right to reject a return if the product(s) submitted for return do not meet the requirements above.
  12. Levi’s® Singapore reserves the right to make final decisions and to alter this policy at any time.

Where do you ship To?

We're happy to ship your order in Singapore. Please note that we are not able to ship internationally, but you can still shop online by locating your country-specific Levi's® site here.

How much does shipping cost?

Courier service is handled by our appointed logistic partner. This service will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will take about 2 to 3 working days under normal circumstances. Delivery charges are SGD 5 flat rate for orders below SGD 80 and free of charge for orders above and equal to SGD 80.

*Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Singapore.

Help! I missed my delivery. What should I do?

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will attempt to re-deliver the package. If you are not able to receive the parcel by the second delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to the carrier depot. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery within the stipulated time frame, the parcel will be sent back to the Levi’s® Singapore Ecomm warehouse. We will process your refund within 10-14 business days after receiving your return. During the holiday & festive season, returns may take up more than 14 business days to process due to higher than normal volumes. Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
